About innovative community participation

Most NDIS plans include this category under Core or Capacity Building. We'll help you read your plan and confirm before anything starts — no surprises.
Yes — consistency matters. We build a small rostered team around you so you always see familiar faces, and we cover gracefully when someone is on leave.
Most participants start within 1–2 weeks of the first chat. Urgent? Call our hotline on 1300-899-251, 9am–5pm and we'll do what we can.
Just tell us. We re-match, re-roster or pause — no awkwardness, no penalties. Your comfort is the whole point.
